JC Counseling

My passion in counseling is helping others learn their true potential and meet them where they are at in their journey. My philosophy is that we are a team and I am here to help guide you on your journey to improve your mental health. I have experience working with Autistic youth, co-occurring substance disorders, and navigating families developing a deeper understanding of their child's diagnosis. I use an empathetic approach and ensure that we explore the whole person and not just the diagnosis. 

I received my master's degree in clinical mental health counseling in 2019 from Capella University. I am licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin. I have experience conducting telehealth sessions with a wide range of experience in numerous cultural backgrounds.
